Project Coordinator

Support the Zumasys Project Management Office with the fulfillment of project duties and tasks, coordinate associated meetings, assist in gathering necessary requirements and information, contact customers, generate and distribute project documentation and track issues as requested. Coordinate all aspects of Zumasys Engagements from Enterprise Services, PCC Customers, Tech Support, Integration Lab, Internal and Unofficial Zumasys Projects.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Complete ownership of small projects and project tasks or issues from start to finish, easy and difficult
  • Scope, schedule, coordinate and follow through of proactive engineering visits for on-premise and hosted PCC Customers
  • Coordinate integration and delivery logistics of hardware, software and licensing
  • Coordinate and seek resolution to outstanding or escalated technical support issues
  • Perform time reconciliation on projects to respective agreements and assist in billing administration.
  • Assist in hosted client license reconciliation and reporting process
  • Assist Zumasys Project Managers with their day to day project responsibilities
  • Assist with tasks and duties as assigned by Zumasys Management

Job Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
  • Strong analytical as well as organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands
  • Proficiency with Microsoft desktop tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Access)
  • Excellent organizational skills, team oriented, comfortable with change/ambiguity
  • Excellent judgment and a high level of interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate both orally and in writing in a professional and accurate manner with individuals both inside and outside Zumasys
  • Ability to work with little or no guidance or supervision and be able to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks with little or no supervision

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Some background in technologies such as cloud computing, virtualization, storage, data networking and end user support services
  • Excellent written and verbal communications including ability to appropriately tailor messages to different levels of management and stakeholders both internally and customer facing
  • Experience in scheduling, prioritizing and coordinating multiple tasks through completion
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments concurrently through effective prioritization and resource allocation Experience utilizing ConnectWise a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related position
  • Ability and passion to learn new technologies
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • College degree preferred
