Jason Bustria brings 7 years of technical support experience to Zumasys. Prior to coming to Zumasys in 2018, Jason worked as a systems administrator for TCS Network Consulting where he was responsible for providing first-point-of-contact technical support for more than 60 managed services customers. His other work experience includes building custom computer systems, working as an onsite technician for Geek Squad, and building and managing a small network for a multi-family construction company.

Outside of work, Jason spends his free time writing music, reading, road cycling, and scouring Southern California for its finest hole-in-the-wall restaurants (since he is relatively new to the area he still has a lot to sift through).

How does what you do benefit customers? I help customers solve technical issues quickly and efficiently, cooperatively cultivating solutions that help them get back to business and be more productive.
