Born and raised in the sunny Coachella Valley, Jessica is living proof of one of her mom’s favorite sayings, “All good things come from the desert!” Jessica has always had a knack for understanding people and a desire to help them solve problems in whatever way she could. Early on, Jessica was drawn to tech support, which allowed her to use her communication skills to help other people solve their technical issues. Even after completing her BA in Psychology, she returned to tech support and has been bridging the gap between real people and geek-speak ever since.
Jessica met familiar Zumasys faces Kevin Fitzpatrick and Joe Poutous while manning the help desk at Roel Construction. Through them, she eventually found Zumasys. Today, Jessica is a Technical Support Engineer with a passion for making her customers’ lives less stressful. Jessica loves the variation she gets in tech support, where each call is completely different and keeps her on her toes. She appreciates the open and friendly culture at Zumasys, where she can learn all about the growing tech industry and gain more knowledge every day.
When she’s not at work, Jessica loves to hike near her home in Aliso Viejo, California. Jessica is also a music enthusiast, gadget aficionado, and self-proclaimed foodie. Jessica enjoys spending time with her friends and family, particularly in the outdoors, taking hikes, camping, enjoying nature, or just having a great time at the beach.
How does what you do benefit customers? As a front-line technical support specialist, I help customers with any problems that they have with their Zumasys systems, so they can stop stressing about their technology and infrastructure and get back to running their business.
