As a Technical Support Engineer at Zumasys, Jonathon Mittelsteadt is the first line of defense in solving customers’ pressing IT issues. In addition to answering support calls from customers and internal employees, Jonathon works with the Technical Support team to resolve any tickets that come in through the Technical Support board.
Before joining Zumasys in 2017, Jonathon worked as a Systems Engineer at VPLS Solutions, an Orange County-based IT and systems provider, managing its Network Operations Center.
In his off-hours, Jonathon is an avid gamer and can usually be found parked at his PC with his headset on, playing World of Warcraft and Overwatch or wrecking n00bs in Counter Strike. He also enjoys hosting cookouts for his friends and the occasional poker night.
