Kung Chhan is a Technical Support Engineer, focused on helping Zumasys’ customers solve their complex IT problems quickly and efficiently. As a member of Zumasys’ industry-leading Tech Team, Kung works with customers to mitigate issues before they happen, so they don’t have to worry about downtime or lost productivity. Before coming to Zumasys in 2017, Kung was a Systems Administrator for HPE, where he supported the Anaheim Police Department’s datacenter.
When he’s not manning the support lines at the office, Kung likes to explore local food scenes all around the country. He’s a coffee enthusiast and a diehard cigar aficionado who enjoys sharing his extensive collection with family and friends.
