Liz Carter brings a lifetime of customer service experience to Zumasys. Prior to coming to Zumasys in 2018, Liz worked as an Assistant Manager at Kinko’s Copies and Xerox Business Services, a Customer Care Manager at Baseline/inhouseIT, and an Office Manager at TCS Network Consulting.

In her new role at Zumasys, Liz is the first one to interact with customers on incoming calls for technical support, product orders, and creating support requests in Connectwise. She coordinates onsite visits for issues that need attention in person and for the delivery and set up of new hardware.

Outside of work, when she is not partying with family and friends, you can usually find her enjoying the great outdoors on a tent camping adventure.

How does what you do benefit customers? As the first point of contact for technical support, I help customers keep their systems up and running by opening support requests that get the ball rolling.
