Robert Trask was born and raised in Southern California. As a child, his passion was listening to Chick Hearn’s play-by-play radio broadcast of the Los Angeles Lakers games. Adding to his passion for his favorite team, in 1990, Robert won Laker tickets from KLAC although he was not yet old enough to claim the tickets. Robert graduated from Tustin High School where he lettered in Cross Country, and Track and founded the school’s Pottery Club. In 1999, Robert graduated with a BA in Liberal Arts and a BS in Mathematics from Concordia University. Throughout college Robert worked for UPS and worked his way up from a truck loader to the Supervisor for the Anaheim Sunrise crew. While at UPS his crew was recognized as the Best Sunrise Operation in Southern California for 6 consecutive quarters. After leaving UPS Robert joined Ingram Micro, the country’s largest electronics distributor where he was introduced to Zumasys, a former and current Ingram Micro client.

As one of the first 10 Zumasys employees, Robert has worked in many different roles for the company. When he began in 2003, Robert split his time among inside sales, marketing, purchasing, shipping and receiving. In 2003, Robert was recognized as Employee of the Year for his diverse and meaningful contribution. In his current role as a Senior Solutions Consultant, Robert specializes in inside sales and is known for maintaining and strengthening lasting client relationships.

When not at work, Robert enjoys listening to all kinds of Music (Eagles, Beatles, Pink Floyd, Garth Brooks and Billy Joel). A self-described ex-windows fan and Apple convert, Robert can always be found waiting with anticipation in line at the Apple Store any time a new product is released.
