Sean Ripley brings a decade of managed services experience to Zumasys. Prior to coming to Zumasys in 2018, Sean spent six years as a Managed Services Administrator for TCS Network Consulting where he was responsible for overseeing the service team, technical oversite and implementation of all server and networking solutions, delivering all MSP services to clients such as Automated Patching, Anti-Virus, and Anti-Malware

In his new role at Zumasys, Sean oversees the MSP service delivery, monitoring, proactive support, and break-fix support teams. To meet evolving customer needs he also works with the sales team to provide new hardware and solutions, such as Desktop as a Service to MSP clients.

Outside of work, Sean’s life revolves around his wife and three daughters. In his spare time, you can find him boating, enjoying rides at Disneyland, watching baseball and football games or building high-horsepower Chevy engines.

How does what you do benefit customers? I help customers keep their business up and running by taking a proactive approach to support.  This is accomplished by setting up Automated patching schedules.  Delivering Antivirus and antimalware solutions, and actively cleaning up any threats that are identified.
