Zumasys Achieves ShoreTel Certified Champion Partner Status;
Reseller Generates $600,000 in ShoreTel Sales in 18 Months


Irvine, California
– July 1, 2009 –Zumasys announced today that it has achieved Certified Partner status with ShoreTel (NASDAQ: SHOR), a leading provider of VoIP and unified communication systems. To achieve this highest partner level designation, Zumasys’ senior engineers participated in the ShoreTel Certified Installer Program and passed the corresponding technical exams, which are designed to strengthen the relationship between the two companies.

Zumasys launched its partnership with ShoreTel in January of 2008 after offering competitive VoIP solutions from several other manufacturers. ShoreTel was chosen for its ease of installation, strong multi-site support and its powerful ShoreTel Call Manager software which allows users to control their voicemail boxes and call routing from PCs, thin clients and BlackBerry devices. Over the course of 18 months, Zumasys has implemented ShoreTel for dozens of small and medium sized businesses in both the United States and Canada.
