Zumasys, Inc. Joins Citrix Solutions Network - New Citrix Channel Member to Provide Application Server Computing Solutions to Customers in the Pick MultiValue Market

Zumasys, Inc., today announced it has joined the Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS) Citrix Solutions NetworkTM (CSN) as a Silver Solutions Provider. Zumasys, Inc. will sell and support Citrix application server computing solutions, including Citrix MetaFrameTM, to customers in the Pick MultiValue market in North America.

Zumasys was formed on October 2, 2000 by several managers from JBSi, the #1 Pick Distributor, to provide ongoing technical support and integration services to JBSis Pick MultiValue customers.

As a CSN member, Zumasys will provide pre-sales consultation, installation, integration and support for the Citrix application server product line, which offers a high-performance, cost-effective way to deploy, access and manage business-critical applications throughout an enterprise.

Citrix MetaFrame allows you to present Windows applications from a central server to users on any device, including inexpensive thin clients, said Paul Giobbi, Zumasys President. As MultiValue customers add Windows applications to their network and remote users to their wide area network, they will inevitably want to evaluate Citrix.

When combined with Windows NT Terminal Server, Citrix MetaFrame executes Windows applications centrally on a server and presents only the screen images, mouse clicks and keyboard activity to the client, resulting in a very fast, efficient computing environment. Numerous MultiValue companies have already adopted the technology and the Zumasys management team has more than four years experience selling and supporting Citrix WinFrame and Citrix MetaFrame.
