Zumasys, Inc. Promotes Jay Otto to Vice President Professional Services
Otto to Manage Integrator's Growing Technical Services Division

Zumasys, Inc. today announced that it has promoted Jay Otto to the post of vice president of professional services.

In this new role, Otto will be responsible for managing and growing all aspects of Zumasys' professional services department, which accounts for close to 35% of the company's annual revenue. In addition to building a technical team that is capable of implementing all of Zumasys' core products, Otto will be responsible for scheduling, help desk and management of the company's out-sourced IT service contracts.

Otto was previously director of support for Zumasys and he received the Employee of the Year Award in 2000. Prior to joining Zumasys, Otto served in various technical roles with Jones Business Systems and Orion Pacific Technologies.

Jay Otto maintains various technical certifications including Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA), Citrix NFuse Administrator, Wyse Rapport Certified Technician and an Artisoft Televantage Certified Technician.

Otto received his Bachelors degree in Communications from Long Beach State University and currently resides in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. In his spare time, Otto serves on the Big Bear Valley Volunteer Ski Patrol at Big Bear Lake, California. Otto was twice appointed Outstanding Male Alpine Ski Patroller of the Year and in 2000 he received the Orlyn Jones Outstanding Trainer Award.
