Zumasys is a premier reseller of Raining Data database products and development tools. Raining Data Corporation was created as a result of the December 1, 2000 merger of Omnis Technology Corporation and Pick Systems. The combined Company now offers a comprehensive suite of high-performance, cost-effective database solutions including D3, mvBase and mvEnteprise, and web/windows development tools including FlashCONNECT, mvDesigner and Omnis Studio.

Zumasys is an authorized reseller for the D3, mvBase and mvEnteprise databases, which are available from Zumasys for $450 per user + $90 per user for annual support as of August 1, 2002. For database systems purchased prior to August 1, 2002, annual support is $70 per user. (Call for special upgrade and trade-in pricing.)

Additionally, Zumasys provides advanced technical support from 5:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST and is the only vendor providing combined D3 database and operating system support--contracts are available for Linux, Windows NT/2000, SCO Unix, SCO UnixWare, IBM AIX, DG/UX and HP-UX. The Zumasys management team has migrated hundreds of companies to D3 and the Company currently has more than 10,000 users under paid D3 support, which is more than any other horizontal Raining Data reseller in the country.
