As a Priority Contract Customer, you will be entitled to the following new exclusive rates and services:
Dedicated Support Line – We now have a dedicated phone line for the sole use of our Priority Contract Customers. This allows us to prioritize contract calls over our T&M customers and ensure that we are providing you with the highest possible level of service.
Discounted Billing Rate – Priority Contract Customers are entitled to Zumasys’ preferred hourly rates for services covered by your contract. Our standard billing rate is $200-$250/hour, but our Contract Customers receive the preferred rate of $180/hour during normal business hours. Discounted billing rate for VMware, Double-Take, HP SAN, MS-Clustering, and NetApp is $210/hour (vs. $225/hour).
Network Diagrams – In order to gain efficiency and visibility into your network, Zumasys will provide you with a complimentary Visio network diagram within 60 days of signing up as a Contract Customer. These diagrams will provide you with a detailed visual overview of your entire system including IP addresses in an easy-to-read format.
Monthly Usage Reports – As a Contract Customer, we can now offer reports that outline your company’s monthly pro services and/or tech support usage from our CRM system. These reports are delivered to you via email in a PDF format.
Monthly Standing Appointments – All of our contracts include a set number of hours per month and Zumasys now offers you the ability to use these hours in the form of a monthly standing appointment (appointments can be set quarterly for customers outside of Southern California).
Tracking of 100% of your calls in our CRM system - All Zumasys support technicians now have access to GoToAssist (the industry leading web-based remote support tool); and we are Microsoft Gold Partners, which will allow us to escalate issues to Microsoft on your behalf in a more efficient and timely manner.
Hosting & Disaster Recovery – We are now offering hosting services (where we relocate your servers to an off-site data center) as well as Disaster Recovery services and our goal is to expand our contracts to include other value-added services such as proactive system monitoring in the near future.
