On March 8, 2016, Microsoft released a security update for Windows OLE, KB3139940, KB3140745 and KB3140768. The changes in this update affect AccuTerm 97 and AccuTerm 2000. After this update is installed, the affected versions of AccuTerm will no longer run. If you are using one of the affected versions of AccuTerm we recommend upgrading your AccuTerm license to AccuTerm 7, which is not affected by this Windows update. Update KB3139940 applies to Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2. Updates KB3140745 and KB3140768 apply to Windows 10.
