What if your company gave you $5,000 and a week of PTO to travel to any destination in the world?
Sounds too good to be true, but at Zumasys, that’s exactly what we’re doing! We pay our employees to travel anywhere in the world that they choose, it’s all a part of the Zumasys International Travel Incentive Program. Designed to rejuvenate our team members with opportunities to engage with other cultures and see new parts of the world, the Zumasys Travel Incentive Program is a highly coveted company perk among our employees – and for a good reason. Each year in order of tenure, Zumasys gives four to six employees a paid week of vacation and a $5,000 stipend to go anywhere in the world! A few rules apply, the destination must be outside of North and Central America and be an immersive experience. Best of all the employee must share his or her experiences with the rest of the company upon return. How cool is that?

Since the beginning of the program in 2010, Zumasys has sent nearly 50 employees travelling to countries including Australia, Bali, China, France, Greece, Indonesia, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Peru, Romania, Scotland, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand to name a few.
