Zumasys Acquires PRO:MAN Software & Northwest Information Systems, Inc.
Zumasys announced that it purchased the assets of PRO:MAN Software (Proco, Inc.) and Northwest Information Systems, Inc. (NISI), two pioneering software companies founded in the 1980s. Combined, the organizations have automated hundreds of companies across North America with PRO:MAN offering a flexible, affordable manufacturing/MRP solution and NISI providing a robust Inventory Management Accounting Control System for wholesale distributors.
