Patrick is an IT Support professional at Zumasys, bringing a strong foundation in IT service management and application support. ITIL and HDI certified, he previously worked as a Tier 2 Application Support specialist at Red Robin Corp. International, where he supported business-critical applications and helped resolve complex technical issues. Known for his analytical, adaptive, and grounded approach, he enjoys digging into problems and delivering reliable, practical solutions.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, especially cheering on his oldest daughter at sporting events and watching his youngest perform in dance competitions. He and his wife love exploring new restaurants and visiting local breweries.
A technology enthusiast, he’s gradually building a home lab focused on networking, servers, virtualization, and self-hosting, and he’s an avid podcast listener with interests ranging from self-improvement to politics.
