To all our Friends, Customers, and Community:
In the spirit of over-communication (which seems to be the new normal), we wanted to share a brief update about Zumasys’ operational plans during this difficult time. We strive to be an easy group to communicate and work with so we will also skip all the boiler-plate text that’s been in every email you’ve read – though please know we sincerely share all the same sentiments.
Starting today we have directed all of our staff to work from home. Those of you that have worked with us for a while know that we have been advocates for enabling a work from anywhere mentality dating back to our days promoting Citrix Presentation server, cellular modems, and of course as an early Cloud computing provider. Despite our separation from IT services nearly 2 years ago, this continues to be in our blood and DNA.
In fact, the majority of our employees have been working remote for years and the only major change we are making is converting the dozen folks here at our San Clemente, CA office to join them.
While it will be a little quieter around HQ, please know we are still busy innovating and striving to build a stronger Pick MultiValue community. Our commitment and ability to handle all support requests, license changes/updates, and any other questions or needs you may have remains unchanged. However, if anything falls through the cracks or you need to escalate, below you’ll find a quick reminder of the contact information for our entire management team.
